Step 1. To download the
SACH Membership Form Click here: 
Step 2. Please read through the SACH Bylaws/ Rules
of Decorum.
Step 3. Once the membership form is
downloaded, print it out and mail completed form, along
with the $20.00 annual
dues, to the SACH Treasurer/ Secretary's
address listed on the form (Returning SACH members will receive a
discounted membership rate of $15.00 if annual dues are paid by Aug.
15th).
Step 4. Please allow 2 weeks for the membership form
to be processed.
Step 5. Once you receive confirmation, click on the Members Login
button, then the Sign- Up button. Fill in the information and a
password will be emailed to you
shortly. |
